I mentioned to my mom one day that I needed a new lamp for the foyer after the last one kept burning my fingers (hmm, dangerous?). She delivered, and I switched it up. Just a little ivory spray paint and recovering the shade from my old lamp and - voila - a new lamp! I also stained the top of the dry sink/cabinet thingy that we bought several years ago. But, I forgot a "before" picture so that's a little less exciting.

lamp switcheroo

Oh my goodness....I have the same little piggy sitting beside my kitchen sink! I adore him and people can't figure out why I have him. Great job on the lamp--you are so crafty!
