Today was one of those days where things were just a little "off." You know, like shoes on the wrong feet. If you follow me on Facebook, you would've read my status referring to being peed and puked on, paint messes and poop messes. If you could read my mind, you would've heard me repeating the mantra "you do not have to act the way you feel, you do not have to act the way feel...." and our family favorite "OH HAPPY DAY" - meant to be yelled loudly to happily readjust our attitudes, works well for Charlotte and momma & daddy too :-)
But wouldn't you know, by getting outside at six, when it had "cooled down" to a mere 89 degrees to swing - things started to turn around.
So, no, my kids didn't have pants on and I was in desperate need of a shower, but the shoes got back on right and the day ended well. Oh Happy Day!!
