Christmas Eve and Eve, um, Eve.

The night before Christmas Eve found us in the hospital again and the potential of some preterm labor. We were thinking baby might've been trying to make a Christmas appearance, so we decided to open a few presents with the kiddos that evening, just in case we were otherwise busy Christmas morning.  Christmas came and went with baby still where he needed to be so our kids got to spread out their Christmas presents a bit.  I don't think they minded.  ;)

 

 The Transformers were the boys favorite this year. All these toys just keep recyling themselves every generation, right? Ha.

On Christmas Eve we didn't go to church, we didn't drive through the lights display at the park and we didn't have a nice dinner with Grandma and Grandpa Canny - but we still had fun. Grandma and Grandpa came over for a little bit and we opened presents from them. 

Bed rest means kids pick out their own clothes.  ;)

 

Cooper loved his handsome new outfit (if you hadn't guessed, Coop takes handsome very seriously). Char takes her fashion choices a little less seriously, loving her new hat from Grandma!
